Janell, always has had a love for all life, natural building, taught at SE Asia largest natural building school.
how do we scale up practical solutions, she asked + became aware w/the extensive network in SE Asia. from the power of coalitions, the stories where amplified. people used basic tools to build their homes. that had committed to 3 generations to pay for a polluting living situation carried forward from ancestors. she felt her greatest tool in what she did, was by asking people of their vision + what was their part in creating now their vision, how have they... as well imagine if many did what would it be like...
she lives in Asheville, N Carolina, US where she took a crack house + decided to take what needed the most healing + transform it into a co created urban paradise, establishing Asheville Institute w/permaculture, urban farm school + much more... ;

Stacey, as back ground in engineering, architecture, farmer had underlying question; how can we work within an ecosystem to help it survive. for people to come together, eat + live together. she spent so much time in other communities that she felt alone needing to be in her own. she had to travel outside hers to find fresh organic food. saw much underutilized land + wanted to connect dots, share meals together + create in the dense urban landscape. this brought her into the farm as she no longer wanted to feel like a tourist in her own community. by seeing within the soil + within them self. soil is not healthy if all macro/microbs are unhealthy beneath it. underlying systems have to be healthy for the whole to survive. this is what she thinks about it.
Janell, remember our connection with our earth, we have walked this earth for thousands of years in balance. in recent times earth is asking us to be part of the greatest call of our times. how do we really show up in our lives for our potential of what we offer to our community.
we are part of nature + are designing a disconnection between us from our bodies, our families, our heart, our earth. as with the military economical political situation today.
how do we consciously recreate from that space. choice is design. how do we connect with what is deepest to our heart + present our self + listen. we live in a whole earth + all solutions are here now in front of us. we can figure how to keep our water clean, grow food, + support systems to sustain life.

she shared a saying from a friend at an Occupation protest, imagine if no one showed up, imagine if everybody showed up for what is in our heart + what we believe. what if all showed up for our collective earth. this is what moves + inspires her + gives her help. she is touched from this process + thanks technology, for we can amplify these stories.

Stacey, tell younger self, breath, good water, eat good food, rest + be clear when called for action to be in community with the rest of earth, take care of each other, + the earth. we need all + if do not take care of our self we cannot do for each other or the earth. we are living in times that are pressing. look around + see who we can collaborate with in our own community. knock on doors, network on internet + share.
don`t take yourself so seriously, take small actions vs. trying to solve for all. don`t over work.
we each are here for a purpose, find deeply what self is saying. for our gift of collective activation is here, if we share. a mirror of what is deep within us will create the world. so find what is truest in our heart is the path to our way forward. trust that it is within us. + only each of us can do it for our self.
who we are being is more important than what we are doing. what ever that practice is to tune into that moment will allow us to do much more. people putting them self at risk in the streets are doing very intense work against tar sands/coal/polluted happenings, etc.

devoted life to the ordinary women of India, author of many books, founder of Navdanya, research scientist, members of many international groups. defending live farmers, 284 Btu suicide farmers. does a lot of learning to define what is the best place to serve the earth. earth is whole not we. we trying to tear her apart with artificial life/wars, GMO`s, farmers can`t have own seeds, damage to kidneys, livers, we are in a very fragile situation. we are made of the same earth, fire, air, water, + space. called ecoappetite.
set up 110 seed banks, trained 700k farmers ecological farming to sell own seeds. owning 10-15 times more then farmers getting into hybrids. Bhutan asked her to help 25% of those using a little bit of chemicals to change over to all organic. they needed help. working with Millennium Institute. invited many from several countries, a mixture of scientists, government making commitments, people. triggered self organizing systems, save own seed for seeding + selection, organic farmer knowing who to tap if problem. largeness can mean solidarity amongst millions of human beings, of heart, not greed. working in harmony free of disease. very satisfied that she finished work in Bhutan.
earth democracy is what we have to create, living economies. koke brothers run the show in US + in India a handful of billionaires + aligards run the show.
we have spent too much time to grab + now need to learn to give. celebrate our interconnectedness, our responsibilities + duties.
in India every home has 3 sacred basil plants + prays to it. with every small action done with goodness, consciousness + with intent, we connect to the large.
save your favorite food seeds of open pollinated crops, + they will turn into food. you do not need to be a farmer. tell them you will take care of them. we are creators. the day we learn how to do, work that remembers co_evolution, co_creation, co_production, that day we will be free. everyone + everywhere, one should strive for seed freedom + food freedom. we can all have a freedom with the earth, not at the cost of the earth. save seeds, we are all interconnected with all life.

Nikki, thinking of her legacy in the future, thinking of her grandchildren, wanting them to think she was hot stuff, contributing to their world + proud of her.. her grandmother did social work in the 40`s. 100 years worth of social dedication in her family that have inspired many. to pass on to her grandchildren. story in her work she shares with them; stories in food movement are present everywhere. People`s grocery in Oakland, mobile market a grocery store on wheels, grub box that got people food + to allow people to use food stamps. Growing Justice Institute to give support for all communities needs, for people`s projects to get off the ground. seeded 9-12 programs from coaching, meditation, financial, to business incubator, these people taught so much of how a mother could do part time work yet inspire community.
Raj, started at 6 in Ethiopia motivated to help to collect money for people in famine issue... he is trying to figure out how to use his privilege. worked for Food First, interested in education. Food system is broken globally. organizing people to change the rules. put new types of politics to break the rules to fix the food system. his experiences; travel around + see interesting things. Malawi 5k farmers w/peer to peer education system, swapping systems, w/90 % plus more protein then industrial. got men to cook via celebration of foods for political transformation. women`s transformation around bigger questions of how to feed the world + communities have a hand in that.
Nikki, why made transformation from food, started 6 years ago working w/Green For All, + now executive director, expanded view goes into environmental impact beyond food systems. helps her connect dots with food movement, economic + justice movement, where workers organized them self + built an empire. + even get herself arrested in a civil disobedience, by giving good meals to legislators, cultural food for a positive association with folks that are asking for support. when they do ex; farm bill. by getting involved w/people. seeing how groups of people can get public policy passed easier. we can all do something about this. using food as a tool for people that need to talk to each other, like make a food for the police to make a strong relationship between black young men + police in their community + know them personally. draw parallels for spectators to bring attention to these issues. she sits in over view of it all.
we cannot all afford the same thing. but we all can do something about this.
Raj, agree food is a great way to come together, their is a dignified emergency around hunger thru food banks. more people at risk from expired processed foods causing more risk of massive health crises. children group embarrassed legislators to give support... black panthers had idea how to bring community together around food for organizing dis empowered, asking why are we hungry. differences in power. we do not have political language.

7:30 - 7:45pm - Marla Spivak: Honeybee Allies
bees pollinate a 1/3rd of our food supply. they are being depleting. Marla studies help bees; protect all bee pollinator, honey + wild bees, + share how to to bee keepers. bees are more social, 40-50k individuals w/queen bee. @ bee is highly sensitive to environment, w/no leader as the queen, rather it is the environment. some collect resins, + instinctively they collect enough for all, working off their own responses. bees vision is different then ours, they use polarize light we don`t see. odor + tactile tools to communicate. being inside of a bee hive makes you feel different when all respond to environment.
everyone can plant bee friendly flowers they like on small + large scale, crop borders, rights of way for power lines. need lots of divers nutrition from diverse flowers. + if plant flowers or food keep them free of pesticides + fungicides, which are highly toxic to bees. they need organic food.
bee keeping is an art, science + takes a very long time to keep them well. when around you need to move very calmly, take a breath + bees will calm also. they see the rapid movement + may sting. wasps are beneficial by eating spiders + insects. bees eat only pollen. yellow jackets are not bees, they are wasps. appreciate both for what they do. they both sting + if calm around both they will not sting.

foodscape + farmscape + all would be on it`s head, all losers would be winners, if all do what they do. midwest to revert to biodiverse perrenial prairie, still a lot of animals but out on perennial herbaceous field.
we have a rapid diversification of world, they are pond builders to hold as much rains as possible. if all would do that we could to hydrate would produce dramatic change. health of culture would match historical normalcy of nutrients. hospitals would close the doors + become real farmers not tax farmers.
Peter, all would have bird song + lawn mowers would vanish. we live in segregated community with biomass going to landfills. kitchen chickens + pot gardens, beehive on roof to integrate our lives. we are not in scarcity, we have squandered it. treat earth as lover not enemy.
Joel, we are cut off from who we are, + suffering. we can capture carbon out of atmosphere. we are driving our self off the edge psychologically, ecologically + physically. healthy soil is an abundant nutrient density to make water cycles better. present system does not feed the world, we have a billion hungry people. per acre yields are higher than fossil fuel economies. plenty of biological resources to feed all.
once upon a time a flock of birds blocked out the sun for 3 days, once upon a time, 4 billion passenger pigeons, 10 million wolfs eating surplus, etc. nature produced that kind of volume, what is that template. it is poly cultural systems. we are nature + have a role.
Peter, we can orchestrate the renewal of these systems. permaculture preaches a participatory participation. in order to interact we think we have to segregate it + permaculture says we can caress this womb as a state park + use it to a redemptive capacity, not abusive to bring healing into landscape.
Joel, skism needs to be over + need coupling with nature.
Peter, with all the solutions you have to produce paradise on earth, participatory makes a difference. like ecosystems has to be stacking of yields. a large share of the same visions of people caring for the world. not interested in working with skeptics, when we can be more empowered to work with those that feel the same. a demonstration/teaching that changes minds + heart by seeing them manifest. it is so evident that they do the right thinking + like to show leverage points.
Joel, says people next to him think he has more rain + that is why his is green. people need to know how to improve their game. you can`t teach a pig how to fly. they are not interested in corn farmers. they like one to share a need so they both gain.
Peter, if we study history, people change after exhausting conventional stuff or major disturbance. fact is chances are not all will change because it is nice to do. it is too emotional draining to try to pull people where they don`t want to go. everyone struggles. he is privileged, travel around the world, but still it took awhile to figure out who he was. he had to travel to define what is really going on due to conclusion of media, etc. he went out of inner feeling. child of immigrants. grow up in tribal situation. adult years it was gone, so he looked for it to define the problem. racked with conflict with Vietnam war. falling out of familiar economy. poverty not knowing how to engage ethically. lots of crazy pieces + got lucky. when teacher ready student shows up, with permaculture. he found a path but still not easy in suburbia. stepped on toes of people that don`t like that he grows fruit in yard.
Joel, vagabond heretic, seeking is a wonderful bearing to be on. even if have no tribe what makes a person to question the orthodoxy? some have been touched with divine discontent. saying this isn`t right, why is this different, like i did. inner voice.
Peter, exposure to alternative ideas that spike interest. society is demarcated by stereotypes. polarization on issues like a competitive goal is to find your spot + stake it out. no time or interest to expose yourself to the other side. it is in the eclectic exposure that helps you find yourself. we need a lot of exposure. politics is an aphrodisiac.

read widely, listen to your inner voice, get into your kitchen. when you do not participate in what is going to become flesh of your flesh + bones, their is no integrity, or transparency + we create ignorance. that then produces paranoia from such historical domestic culinary skills. if you do not have an agenda for your own culinary agenda you will be carried along + it will not be good for the 3 million bacteria we house. engage with each other, carrying + interacting in landscape. prepare + eat food together + raise it vs. mow yard.
Peter, making choices is costly, keep you riding on a treadmill, just stop + check back + look at them. they are not intrinsically bad things but it is costly when you turn over to others life, you will play their tune. they are claiming sovereignty over you, your community + political community. + by being integrated in modern world we anchor in microbes of the soil, nurturing that way.
Joel, compromised immune systems because you are not eating the pound of dirt before 12 as grandma says. free self from the enslaving agendas of destructive forces of our family. invest in local economy in your kitchen + garden, entertainment, community + create a vortex that pulls you in. none of it goes into the tax economy + is untaxable + unstealable. join the parade!

Living Building Challenge, when launched they where not sure who would show up. inspiring to see so many interested. a philosophy, an outlook of how we should live, a certification program. a gauge to measure success, an advocacy program used to change water systems, a tool for more transparency for ingredients in tools to be labeled. defining why good is fragmented when we know how to create great beauty with negative impact. lets do it all the time + why would we not..
what if no one tried to engage their vision or harness it. when yet everyone offers.. framework for all..
whole systems integrated systems especially involving children, drawn to how quickly they get it, it is normal to them. it is the old folks that are stuck in a normal rut. the way we have lived is not normal. anyone over 30 when he spoke of a composting toilet was a negative response. children see it as normal + ask why do we not have it at home. we as species are part of all the species.. children have an innate desire to inquire into things, where adults have baggage + have conceptualized arguments.

Rob, surrounded by amazing people that support him, as an ambitious person that wants to do in a year. never estimate the power of small + appropriate solutions. woman are more rational. they come to the design table + support men to slow down. when start small, if succeed at small, will grow from that success, vs. start large + fail.
talk to as many people + ask their advise, where do they see the opportunities. many fail because they do not ask at beginning. get out + start. so many exciting projects to work on. + must focus on what one is passion over or get strung out by so many choices. many people do not know about Appropriate Technology or Permaculture. so choose your focus. don`t over estimate what you can do in 1 year as well don`t underestimate what you can do in 5 years.

Rob, he got juiced up on permaculture due to connected design. the integration of ecological processes will be crucial. low impact in dry ecosystems, tech user friendly, grey water, rain water harvesting will have a great impact. some places illegal presently to use them. a lot of problems can be changed. bringing feedback back into the home, reconnecting people back to their outside garden, etc. once aware people intuitively get it. we are highly intelligent when given the opportunity to use it. now can effectively use grey water + rain water harvesting.
Lonnie, a system integrating a lot of solutions, between biology + thermodynamics. in Alberta, wanting to grow own food in greenhouse. undertook passive solar design; wood fire sauna to heat cedar hot tub on top outside. thermo mass, + grey water for garden. no more than a garage, expensive up front, but will allow us to soak + grow own food.

without agriculture we have no community. 10 tons of eroding soil for every person, agriculture is most destructive business even over coal, fossil fuels, etc.
use social networking to get knowledge to millions of people.
to get started; people need to know their is help, it is not rural people that will suffer, it will be those in city. if we do seriously address this agriculture issue, start learning where your food comes from. their is enormous power in normal ordinary people. no act is too small, get involved. do not wait for it to come form universities/gov, business, etc. pressure needs to come from you. knowledge is here. once we do holistic agriculture all else will be resolved such as crime, climate change, poverty, etc.

no way 1 person can do what is needed. when invitations, messages, etc. moment to moment we dialogue + pray in it until clear to proceed on it with local volunteers all helping. they are putting together a collective way of do_in things. to walk their talk to generations to come. when she gets a vision or dream, it is not about her, it is about all of us. all grandmothers come into prayer + dialogue + groups in past. an absolute collective effort, no one person is in charge.

what is the story we wish to tell. Rwandan story of lady w/hiccups. a friend met w/her, tell me your story, woman never told her story to anyone, she told her story, her children that had been killed, the woman stopped hiccuping. the next day she brought her friend the nurse practitioner, that had told no one. as women they listened. tell me your story.
this applies to all life, tell me your story.. neuro scientists are finding all in our bellies is true..
coughing due to the power of this story that effected her. as humans we are designed for story. no amount of facts can compel us to change it. only another compelling story can relinquish it. we are in an evolution of witnessing another story. not the survival of the fittest but the survival of compassion.

they build tanks, make water, support them to generate income, so they are recognized in community for what they do.

Gemma, pre school teacher + jazz singer + had actual accident, that she fell in to this. she created the song for celebration not for grief that we are all the same. as a single drop of water that starts, every though, every act will ripple. a wave. wrote song called `we rise, song, invited to sing at UN. she discovered what merged from creativity to water; created `Single Drop for Safe Water. even if you do not know what you want, you can listen to what your heart tells you + go for it.
teach them to make soap, shampoo, reusable menstrual pads, etc. getting all the products together to sell the products, they did not know they could put their value on these products to sell. it was huge revelation for them to realize they could look at everything they are do_in is valuable. they saw them self not just as glue but to help other people rise. now they get paid to do mason work, going into school + making presentations. going to gov very confident that they can bring solutions.
they just brought tools for them to do what they do more effectively. ex; training to build a water tank. many transformations when women see their gift being appreciated with a value.

Agroecology is a scientific discipline that uses ecological theory to study, design, manage and evaluate agricultural systems that are productive but also resource conserving.
Agroecological research considers interactions of all important biophysical, technical and socioeconomic components of farming systems and regards these systems as the fundamental units of study, where mineral cycles, energy transformations, biological processes and socioeconomic relationships are analyzed as a whole in an interdisciplinary fashion.
Agroecology is concerned with the maintenance of a productive agriculture that sustains yields and optimizes the use of local resources while minimizing the negative environmental and socio-economic impacts of modern technologies. In industrial countries, modern agriculture with its yield maximizing high-input technologies generates environmental and health problems that often do not serve the needs of producers and consumers. In developing countries, in addition to promoting environmental degradation, modern agricultural technologies have bypassed the circumstances and socio-economic needs of large numbers of resource-poor farmers.
The contemporary challenges of agriculture have evolved from the merely technical to also include social, cultural, economic and particularly environmental concerns.
Agricultural production issues cannot be considered separately from environmental issues. In this light, a new technological and development approach is needed to provide for the agricultural needs of present and future generations without depleting our natural resource base. The agroecological approach does just this because it is more sensitive to the complexities of local agriculture, and has a broad performance criteria which includes properties of ecological sustainability, food security, economic viability, resource conservation and social equity, as well as increased production.
To put agroecological technologies into practice requires technological innovations, agriculture policy changes, socio-economic changes, but mostly a deeper understanding of the complex long-term interactions among resources, people and their environment. To attain this understanding agriculture must be conceived of as an ecological system as well as a human dominated socio-economic system. A new interdisciplinary framework to integrate the biophysical sciences, ecology and other social sciences is indispensable.
Agroecology provides a framework by applying ecological theory to the management of agroecosystems according to specific resource and socio-economic realities, and by providing a methodology to make the required interdisciplinary connections.
do you see, we can create 1 sound science + no one should buy or manipulate it. rather we should focus on correcting incomplete science before new developments, new agreements. + make wrongs right. + not let emotional good face even be a factor.

i am tired of petitions, not interested in only able to talk few minutes at a town meet w/legislators nor see how so much is done for 1 issue then need public opinion for another + another. this is so wasteful + irresponsible.
so i want to see what all see at pentagon + that is democracy w/open transparency + all these lil things add up + can make big differences.
i am ashamed of US policy as well i hold myself accountable for lack of participation for many years unaware. + still am in many ways working hard focusing on other ways. so we all are needed to change + become aware of simple living. so with our students working in their communities. + i have emailed gov many times to share educational ideas w/Kerry yet no response same in other divisions.
we are not organized + in my work helping people it could be much easier. i have just started to post for fund raising as a US non profit, i had always paid my own way/volunteered same with my family. until losses.
so it has been hard to research try to get grants which i reached out unsuccessfully. now rethinking for donations to go figure. for we are a bit more fortunate to of survived w/ideas that can go beyond jobs + create happy people w/meaningful careers as they come together.
i know the feeling of terror, i have had it all my life w/dysfunctions from others. but i see in everyone why + how to change it. the funds US gov wastes in interfering in others work they should do, those funds could go to project like ours in US ed system so people like me are not struggling with it rather systems already working can work better as we connect. which has not happened.
i get no response from school for they are over pressured as is. or as in locally the food bank where i am now just stated the students where humiliated by seeing their neighbors so they quit. if our project got supported they would reflect with each other + schools would prioritize each community as we suggest students can take part in this. so interpersonal issues are understood with early resolutions.
for now many schools/home schooling, those without are all pulling, yet many in patches have great solution oriented options to reflect, once we organize. as well new systems of efficiency can be designed. so i will see how much untruths will hold progressive acts back.
when yet every community could experience self development as many fortunate, leaving no one left behind.
so as you people get real w/figures do you take any of this human stuff into consideration as a human family? how dull have you people allowed your sensors to get? we can harness this disassociated energy, heal + rethink w/good science all on same page.

i know now i am studying Google Aps + on one of their software issues they wrote Jim your brother is dead, i was suppose to reload. but it flashed fast so i could not figure this out at first. + actually the first day i saw it my brother whom was trapped with unskilled western doctors. as he suffered dearly most of his life, died that day, my brother Jim took care of him. so people have gotten so insensitive w/language + jobs fragmenting they fail to see how it can hurt another.
we cannot make jokes of the much life that has died, being injured, suffering, left homeless while people responsible make these decisions + fail to talk with respect/ to figure out community plans with low impact alternative energy as a supplement along with good awareness shared so people down scale + self develop as we prioritize each community now.
we can just stop it all, so people can take a breath + calm knowing this good plan does work. + no power play by anyone. rather locals maintain so dollar does not just have to be empty paper + gold once again could back it.
no reason to go under more when we can just stop + make a plan + i hope you let ours trigger your thought as you come aboard for yourself + for your community.
if we live local then legislators know what is real to rid needs to offer, no need to put extra burden requiring petitions, as Congressman Defazio just asked for the grey wolf. or for ending keystone after many hidden negative reports. we should be much more efficient with ecological updates knowing exactly how to, + we do in many communities + will do more as we reach out, so please also share.

how do we scale up practical solutions, she asked + became aware w/the extensive network in SE Asia. from the power of coalitions, the stories where amplified. people used basic tools to build their homes. that had committed to 3 generations to pay for a polluting living situation carried forward from ancestors. she felt her greatest tool in what she did, was by asking people of their vision + what was their part in creating now their vision, how have they... as well imagine if many did what would it be like...
she lives in Asheville, N Carolina, US where she took a crack house + decided to take what needed the most healing + transform it into a co created urban paradise, establishing Asheville Institute w/permaculture, urban farm school + much more... ;

Stacey, as back ground in engineering, architecture, farmer had underlying question; how can we work within an ecosystem to help it survive. for people to come together, eat + live together. she spent so much time in other communities that she felt alone needing to be in her own. she had to travel outside hers to find fresh organic food. saw much underutilized land + wanted to connect dots, share meals together + create in the dense urban landscape. this brought her into the farm as she no longer wanted to feel like a tourist in her own community. by seeing within the soil + within them self. soil is not healthy if all macro/microbs are unhealthy beneath it. underlying systems have to be healthy for the whole to survive. this is what she thinks about it.
Janell, remember our connection with our earth, we have walked this earth for thousands of years in balance. in recent times earth is asking us to be part of the greatest call of our times. how do we really show up in our lives for our potential of what we offer to our community.
we are part of nature + are designing a disconnection between us from our bodies, our families, our heart, our earth. as with the military economical political situation today.
how do we consciously recreate from that space. choice is design. how do we connect with what is deepest to our heart + present our self + listen. we live in a whole earth + all solutions are here now in front of us. we can figure how to keep our water clean, grow food, + support systems to sustain life.

devoted life to the ordinary women of India, author of many books, founder of Navdanya, research scientist, members of many international groups. defending live farmers, 284 Btu suicide farmers. does a lot of learning to define what is the best place to serve the earth. earth is whole not we. we trying to tear her apart with artificial life/wars, GMO`s, farmers can`t have own seeds, damage to kidneys, livers, we are in a very fragile situation. we are made of the same earth, fire, air, water, + space. called ecoappetite.
set up 110 seed banks, trained 700k farmers ecological farming to sell own seeds. owning 10-15 times more then farmers getting into hybrids. Bhutan asked her to help 25% of those using a little bit of chemicals to change over to all organic. they needed help. working with Millennium Institute. invited many from several countries, a mixture of scientists, government making commitments, people. triggered self organizing systems, save own seed for seeding + selection, organic farmer knowing who to tap if problem. largeness can mean solidarity amongst millions of human beings, of heart, not greed. working in harmony free of disease. very satisfied that she finished work in Bhutan.
earth democracy is what we have to create, living economies. koke brothers run the show in US + in India a handful of billionaires + aligards run the show.
we have spent too much time to grab + now need to learn to give. celebrate our interconnectedness, our responsibilities + duties.
in India every home has 3 sacred basil plants + prays to it. with every small action done with goodness, consciousness + with intent, we connect to the large.
save your favorite food seeds of open pollinated crops, + they will turn into food. you do not need to be a farmer. tell them you will take care of them. we are creators. the day we learn how to do, work that remembers co_evolution, co_creation, co_production, that day we will be free. everyone + everywhere, one should strive for seed freedom + food freedom. we can all have a freedom with the earth, not at the cost of the earth. save seeds, we are all interconnected with all life.

Nikki, thinking of her legacy in the future, thinking of her grandchildren, wanting them to think she was hot stuff, contributing to their world + proud of her.. her grandmother did social work in the 40`s. 100 years worth of social dedication in her family that have inspired many. to pass on to her grandchildren. story in her work she shares with them; stories in food movement are present everywhere. People`s grocery in Oakland, mobile market a grocery store on wheels, grub box that got people food + to allow people to use food stamps. Growing Justice Institute to give support for all communities needs, for people`s projects to get off the ground. seeded 9-12 programs from coaching, meditation, financial, to business incubator, these people taught so much of how a mother could do part time work yet inspire community.
Raj, started at 6 in Ethiopia motivated to help to collect money for people in famine issue... he is trying to figure out how to use his privilege. worked for Food First, interested in education. Food system is broken globally. organizing people to change the rules. put new types of politics to break the rules to fix the food system. his experiences; travel around + see interesting things. Malawi 5k farmers w/peer to peer education system, swapping systems, w/90 % plus more protein then industrial. got men to cook via celebration of foods for political transformation. women`s transformation around bigger questions of how to feed the world + communities have a hand in that.
Nikki, why made transformation from food, started 6 years ago working w/Green For All, + now executive director, expanded view goes into environmental impact beyond food systems. helps her connect dots with food movement, economic + justice movement, where workers organized them self + built an empire. + even get herself arrested in a civil disobedience, by giving good meals to legislators, cultural food for a positive association with folks that are asking for support. when they do ex; farm bill. by getting involved w/people. seeing how groups of people can get public policy passed easier. we can all do something about this. using food as a tool for people that need to talk to each other, like make a food for the police to make a strong relationship between black young men + police in their community + know them personally. draw parallels for spectators to bring attention to these issues. she sits in over view of it all.
we cannot all afford the same thing. but we all can do something about this.
Raj, agree food is a great way to come together, their is a dignified emergency around hunger thru food banks. more people at risk from expired processed foods causing more risk of massive health crises. children group embarrassed legislators to give support... black panthers had idea how to bring community together around food for organizing dis empowered, asking why are we hungry. differences in power. we do not have political language.

bees pollinate a 1/3rd of our food supply. they are being depleting. Marla studies help bees; protect all bee pollinator, honey + wild bees, + share how to to bee keepers. bees are more social, 40-50k individuals w/queen bee. @ bee is highly sensitive to environment, w/no leader as the queen, rather it is the environment. some collect resins, + instinctively they collect enough for all, working off their own responses. bees vision is different then ours, they use polarize light we don`t see. odor + tactile tools to communicate. being inside of a bee hive makes you feel different when all respond to environment.
everyone can plant bee friendly flowers they like on small + large scale, crop borders, rights of way for power lines. need lots of divers nutrition from diverse flowers. + if plant flowers or food keep them free of pesticides + fungicides, which are highly toxic to bees. they need organic food.
bee keeping is an art, science + takes a very long time to keep them well. when around you need to move very calmly, take a breath + bees will calm also. they see the rapid movement + may sting. wasps are beneficial by eating spiders + insects. bees eat only pollen. yellow jackets are not bees, they are wasps. appreciate both for what they do. they both sting + if calm around both they will not sting.

we have a rapid diversification of world, they are pond builders to hold as much rains as possible. if all would do that we could to hydrate would produce dramatic change. health of culture would match historical normalcy of nutrients. hospitals would close the doors + become real farmers not tax farmers.
Peter, all would have bird song + lawn mowers would vanish. we live in segregated community with biomass going to landfills. kitchen chickens + pot gardens, beehive on roof to integrate our lives. we are not in scarcity, we have squandered it. treat earth as lover not enemy.
Joel, we are cut off from who we are, + suffering. we can capture carbon out of atmosphere. we are driving our self off the edge psychologically, ecologically + physically. healthy soil is an abundant nutrient density to make water cycles better. present system does not feed the world, we have a billion hungry people. per acre yields are higher than fossil fuel economies. plenty of biological resources to feed all.
once upon a time a flock of birds blocked out the sun for 3 days, once upon a time, 4 billion passenger pigeons, 10 million wolfs eating surplus, etc. nature produced that kind of volume, what is that template. it is poly cultural systems. we are nature + have a role.
Peter, we can orchestrate the renewal of these systems. permaculture preaches a participatory participation. in order to interact we think we have to segregate it + permaculture says we can caress this womb as a state park + use it to a redemptive capacity, not abusive to bring healing into landscape.
Joel, skism needs to be over + need coupling with nature.
Peter, with all the solutions you have to produce paradise on earth, participatory makes a difference. like ecosystems has to be stacking of yields. a large share of the same visions of people caring for the world. not interested in working with skeptics, when we can be more empowered to work with those that feel the same. a demonstration/teaching that changes minds + heart by seeing them manifest. it is so evident that they do the right thinking + like to show leverage points.
Joel, says people next to him think he has more rain + that is why his is green. people need to know how to improve their game. you can`t teach a pig how to fly. they are not interested in corn farmers. they like one to share a need so they both gain.
Peter, if we study history, people change after exhausting conventional stuff or major disturbance. fact is chances are not all will change because it is nice to do. it is too emotional draining to try to pull people where they don`t want to go. everyone struggles. he is privileged, travel around the world, but still it took awhile to figure out who he was. he had to travel to define what is really going on due to conclusion of media, etc. he went out of inner feeling. child of immigrants. grow up in tribal situation. adult years it was gone, so he looked for it to define the problem. racked with conflict with Vietnam war. falling out of familiar economy. poverty not knowing how to engage ethically. lots of crazy pieces + got lucky. when teacher ready student shows up, with permaculture. he found a path but still not easy in suburbia. stepped on toes of people that don`t like that he grows fruit in yard.
Joel, vagabond heretic, seeking is a wonderful bearing to be on. even if have no tribe what makes a person to question the orthodoxy? some have been touched with divine discontent. saying this isn`t right, why is this different, like i did. inner voice.
Peter, exposure to alternative ideas that spike interest. society is demarcated by stereotypes. polarization on issues like a competitive goal is to find your spot + stake it out. no time or interest to expose yourself to the other side. it is in the eclectic exposure that helps you find yourself. we need a lot of exposure. politics is an aphrodisiac.

read widely, listen to your inner voice, get into your kitchen. when you do not participate in what is going to become flesh of your flesh + bones, their is no integrity, or transparency + we create ignorance. that then produces paranoia from such historical domestic culinary skills. if you do not have an agenda for your own culinary agenda you will be carried along + it will not be good for the 3 million bacteria we house. engage with each other, carrying + interacting in landscape. prepare + eat food together + raise it vs. mow yard.
Peter, making choices is costly, keep you riding on a treadmill, just stop + check back + look at them. they are not intrinsically bad things but it is costly when you turn over to others life, you will play their tune. they are claiming sovereignty over you, your community + political community. + by being integrated in modern world we anchor in microbes of the soil, nurturing that way.
Joel, compromised immune systems because you are not eating the pound of dirt before 12 as grandma says. free self from the enslaving agendas of destructive forces of our family. invest in local economy in your kitchen + garden, entertainment, community + create a vortex that pulls you in. none of it goes into the tax economy + is untaxable + unstealable. join the parade!

13 indigenous (coming from different places in the world) grandmothers on 10th year, pulled thru physical mail, vision + dreams, in 2004. they decided to come together in each persons home land + also pray + do work. together when they present them self that have over a thousand years of feminine energy. as they travel they make circles of grandmothers. deeply rooted experiences.
serving on UN committee, Turtle Island Project.. positive impacts their mission as they came together was to preserve their heritage/medicine. when go to each persons home, they speak from their heart + come forward speaking for all in their time. not like the 3 min only given at UN. so it empowers them to gather with each at their homeland. inspires others to define their voice to move into action.

such a good question, how do you know what to pursue + do?? i try to pay attention to all cues + clues that come to her from places other than her mind; her heart, body`s reaction, intuition. if listen to self, i think of body as an instrument. if listen to all, i think how many strings of my instrument can resonance all at the same time. when bioneers 1st began she felt all her strings where in full resonance. + try to listen to that.
also keep finding w/work w/women`s leadership she imagines life as a detective story. to remember the old Jewish myth, she believes in. before each soul is born into this world, we know exactly what is ours to do. + then during the course of being born we forget + if we listen + pursue it we have to start over learning how to get back to our assignment, like following a bread crumb trail. cues + clues that keeping showing what is mind to do. lights me up. noticing what light me ups to connect to a place of need for reinvention or service in the world serves the purpose to the world.
the combination of restoring joy in me + what brings love + joy + serve something i really care about is regenerative, does not burn me out, giving joy of what she needs to do to find her way thru. + fulfillment to service. to share for all to unleash for joy + service. being a life assignment, what i learn from that into fulfillment to service. for us all to live in this churning moment we all are brought into.

the sex traffic, girls 8-10 yrs old many have been raised in poverty w/out parent, + want to be seen + herd + a handsome young man approaches them + asks if want a manicure, a meal, a party, then calling herself his girlfriend + has become a prostitute.
we can shift all this + cannot do it alone but on some levels must do it alone.
what is the story we wish to tell. Rwandan story of lady w/hiccups. a friend met w/her, tell me your story, woman never told her story to anyone, she told her story, her children that had been killed, the woman stopped hiccuping. the next day she brought her friend the nurse practitioner, that had told no one. as women they listened. tell me your story.
this applies to all life, tell me your story.. neuro scientists are finding all in our bellies is true..
coughing due to the power of this story that effected her. as humans we are designed for story. no amount of facts can compel us to change it. only another compelling story can relinquish it. we are in an evolution of witnessing another story. not the survival of the fittest but the survival of compassion.
this is the work of the world, how to restore this dignity, the wildlands, connecting the pain is the power of our world. to really be present with the people we are with, with our own soul, we will know what to do. we are a product of what has degenerated our mind. evolution has gifted us to feel so deeply. giving our self permission to respond to this earth, of death + loss, is a great lesson. if we do not feel it how can we shift our course. to restore our wholeness our emotions are with us as tools. anger is a border that has been truth.
as women we are taught to not be angry. if cannot drink, bath or grow crops, one would be angry. change the story has fuel to act.

Gemma, pre school teacher + jazz singer + had actual accident, that she fell in to this. she created the song for celebration not for grief that we are all the same. as a single drop of water that starts, every though, every act will ripple. a wave. wrote song called `we rise, song, invited to sing at UN. she discovered what merged from creativity to water; created `Single Drop for Safe Water. even if you do not know what you want, you can listen to what your heart tells you + go for it.

this is my 1st time contact with your agency. i would appreciate some guidance.
as learning which ever way i can, to define the reality of what is truly happening on this planet, i create a forum + am restructuring to build community, live local where ever fortunate to be, as we network + globally feel peace is an option if we organize.
your article say it best; we should not have to have any of this, especially the logistical w/knock down drag out fight.
i know by experience that we could have very good peace negotiations if the hidden neruo networks where revealed thru some thought + support for facts to be laid out on the table.
i personally would like to be part of this considering what i perceive from afar is not good. very inefficiently handled. + i am a mama of earth + i do not take it lightly when one wants to threaten w/nuclear weapons.
i even facebooked Kim in North Korea, perhaps it is really not him, i do not know?? but point was i did not see anything intelligent interacting with him. so i felt it my duty to work with him. if it was him, he liked me + hated me when i told him i was leaving do to quitting Facebook due to their footprint.
point was i wanted to share with him the beautiful life some children have + asked him to rethink. who ever it was liked these few exchanges. + showed threats as if he could scare me, but he did not work. my man says he is not religious for he quoted me stuff as if him + i where destined to do things on the planet.
i told him he was too bad for me to do it with him unless he changed his ways, etc. + i wanted to get into his head.
but so much for knowing if it was real.
but i work from my heart + i did a lot of back + forth for Barack`s OFAmerica + OFAction from afar, posted on his Fellowship, never would go travel for i do have a good footprint now. but i would like definitely face to face or tel call for i give a lot + it appears i only get generalized emails from any. then i had an error with my email as i am working hard so i yet to get back to them with new. but as i said i refuse to communicate with generalized emails, i worked at it for all too long.
their is an easier way via eye to eye/tel, etc.

Barack claims to of registered on my forum but again it could be another for he has not answered me. but i felt his presence + this was after he won his campaign.
then when i wrote him + he did not answer + i blocked him. explained my reasoning. then recently i unblocked giving him another chance in case it was him. for i wanted to respect his personal privacy to be part of us all, but it was hard for i felt i also had the opportunity to hold him accountable as i shared my feelings. as i always did for i felt things could be done differently. but i do not + did not want to continue that kind of work, it is too hard without clear return feedback. for i worked very hard.
so i ask you in reading the internet, i see that US neocons are in the US gov + it appears they like war. + the war mode + false green economies are very strong + have been manipulated from a few handful of original folks stemming from all this. not a democracy. rather most likely even Barack was planned for an intent from the wrong side for own gain..
i do not remember signing up for your entity, so it was strange i received an email from the center of arms control.. but i may of forgot. for this issue is true to my heart + i would like very much to be part of peace negotiations.

which has made me rethink a bit as far as my project in the works after may years trying to figure how best to build community + share as a list of links + story making ti more friendly.
i realized here i like him do not have the chip on my shoulder, if he does?? just light perception?? even though i have been thru many experiences with people suffering as i did my best. but i could never just remove myself to paradise, for i pretty much am in it now for i love this earth + sure i have struggles after loosing our investments in 2008 being foolish spreading too thin. then to have irresponsible people steal from us, etc.
but i also cannot just accept what is happening when i see yet another way from my experiences.
so how do we talk? my mind tells me we create, meaning US officials with bad international policy create terrorists. sure many of you may not see the hidden worn torn links, that actually i proposed in our project that students could help do this.
we should not have weapons of war, with programmed people with the mindset they have now. it is rather twilight zone. + i do not appreciate threats of war. i am living with small children + i see how frightened they get from a small noise, let along what has happened in many countries. + if true to think that US has done it to gain something, yet left these effects + then did not gain their intent, which i feel was blinded to begin with. as in past + then still in Syria if did put in puppet govs, same with attempt in Ukraine. yet accuse Russia wrongfully if did. which it appears w/internet news, this is what is going on.
i would like to know whom negotiates + triggers these decisions. do you feel you are being controlled by lobbyist? neo cons? or perhaps you are on that side? are you? i realize you have a job to do + may not be able to be honest with me as well. but i am me + i have to deal with me. so i share my truth with you.
i would like to see the sense that i do not see. for i think only weapons to hunt for food/clothing /shelter is all that should exist, + even that should be dignified to take another life. i have no space in my brain for aggressive acts beyond a healthy ego. + nuclear arsenal against each other is not logical..
i am one seeking to define 1 global sound science so all tongues understand. + we as the human species have the ability to assert daily acts together as we focus on what sustains us boon w/mother earth, to have a good night sleep + awaken with new neuro networks.
so i suggest in our project to welcome those exceeding earths enhanced limits to a tapering transition. working w/students to seek/give local facts from sound science as they co_evolve theirs as they restore ecological sustainable working communities that harmonize + link for our genetic bio diversity so bio cultural experiences continue to be built as we rethink + work our entire biome(s).
for the set aside for state + fed parks is wrong. + people can as i told FEMA can be more natural prepared with earth`s natural changes. vs exploited with fear based misinformation now.
legislators should not be bought, rather i state UN should hold accountable + be supported to be responsible so no longer US + Russia create the lead. rather if UN is to continue then they should control so all earth + beyond has all work into their natural balance, so no one is left behind. rather all have stability of basics. + not have it done for them but set up so they become aware + do own homework.
US AID is not complete nor is many entities affiliated. w have great dysfunctions when it comes to human self-development.
i just took part in listening to audios of Whole Earth Summit, where lots of fragments are good to help people regain their interpersonal understanding + can create their communities for peace.
for i believe Barack + Putin should sit down + figure a way for all neo cons to be stopped , healed + given support to rethink w/the facts from those living healthy natural lives. which in return would co_evolve these 2 men as well. sure those wanting puts + calls which are manipulated + the stock market should be made to quit this. + only leave the intent that was good for farmers working with the natural losses.
the climate change is not the issue, rather if we are organizing, educating efficiently then we would be do_in all humanly possible + that would not be part of the equation. rather energy would be redirected into restoring functionality of self + working communities as all convert developments into our potential to work within mother earths enhanced limits. + i use Prof Miguel Altieri whom creates agroecology from indigenous that leave no ill effects as industrial agriculture that is our big problem w/monocultures + GMO`s. + he shows how Bill Gates is part of our global food problem.
i tell you all this not to vent but to link what contributes to terrorism as people are burdened by others misuse/abuse, if not their own carried forward from all the scars. knowing no other way. but they can learn. the money you folks spend is insane. especially if it is true about no plan yet secure for nuclear repository recycling as i read Barack` s proposal for 2025 i believe. along with my experience of the First Nations in Canada that where misinformed of it`s ill improper effects as they sold out not understanding truth.
so the planet is a hot spot right their with all this waste accumulating making people ill from the wars, etc. it should stop being build, taper off + no weapons should be traded/exchanged or sold, or stole, etc.
same no divestments from fossil fuels into large grid systems of solar/wind/electrical/wave, for it exceeds natural enhanced limits. i tell people to be vigilant w/UN`s Sustainable Energy For All, for Sec Ban Ki Moon + Clinton`s are business. UN logs good but does not enforce.
the rule of law should be mother earth`s enhanced limits, i share Miguels example;
enhance food security while conserving natural resources... Enhance recycling of biomass and optimizing nutrient availability.. enhance its sustainable productivity in order to ensure food security and the sustainable... as a conduit for the dispersion of natural enemies within the field thus enhancing their impact on pest populations.

religion is not to be in policy or democracy, that should be personal respect for story of choice.
i am tired of petitions, not interested in only able to talk few minutes at a town meet w/legislators nor see how so much is done for 1 issue then need public opinion for another + another. this is so wasteful + irresponsible.
so i want to see what all see at pentagon + that is democracy w/open transparency + all these lil things add up + can make big differences.
i am ashamed of US policy as well i hold myself accountable for lack of participation for many years unaware. + still am in many ways working hard focusing on other ways. so we all are needed to change + become aware of simple living. so with our students working in their communities. + i have emailed gov many times to share educational ideas w/Kerry yet no response same in other divisions.
we are not organized + in my work helping people it could be much easier. i have just started to post for fund raising as a US non profit, i had always paid my own way/volunteered same with my family. until losses.
so it has been hard to research try to get grants which i reached out unsuccessfully. now rethinking for donations to go figure. for we are a bit more fortunate to of survived w/ideas that can go beyond jobs + create happy people w/meaningful careers as they come together.
i know the feeling of terror, i have had it all my life w/dysfunctions from others. but i see in everyone why + how to change it. the funds US gov wastes in interfering in others work they should do, those funds could go to project like ours in US ed system so people like me are not struggling with it rather systems already working can work better as we connect. which has not happened.
i get no response from school for they are over pressured as is. or as in locally the food bank where i am now just stated the students where humiliated by seeing their neighbors so they quit. if our project got supported they would reflect with each other + schools would prioritize each community as we suggest students can take part in this. so interpersonal issues are understood with early resolutions.
for now many schools/home schooling, those without are all pulling, yet many in patches have great solution oriented options to reflect, once we organize. as well new systems of efficiency can be designed. so i will see how much untruths will hold progressive acts back.
when yet every community could experience self development as many fortunate, leaving no one left behind.
so as you people get real w/figures do you take any of this human stuff into consideration as a human family? how dull have you people allowed your sensors to get? we can harness this disassociated energy, heal + rethink w/good science all on same page.
please end all weapons ASAP.accept for food hunt as i state. + i am happy to help, if you would allow me in as a peace intermediary so we can assess what is presently being done to define what is needed to resolve ASAP not further manipulate purposely. leaving such a negative impact thruout the world as we have on children/people of all struggles as well the destruction of life that sustains ours.
we can not isolate any ecosystem, for we all are interdependent on each other linking for us to co_evolve as a human species. not to mention our good health so as to combat the industrial complex of marketing + waste, etc. how can you people destroy a piece of mother earth + think you will stay alive in good health.

i know now i am studying Google Aps + on one of their software issues they wrote Jim your brother is dead, i was suppose to reload. but it flashed fast so i could not figure this out at first. + actually the first day i saw it my brother whom was trapped with unskilled western doctors. as he suffered dearly most of his life, died that day, my brother Jim took care of him. so people have gotten so insensitive w/language + jobs fragmenting they fail to see how it can hurt another.
we cannot make jokes of the much life that has died, being injured, suffering, left homeless while people responsible make these decisions + fail to talk with respect/ to figure out community plans with low impact alternative energy as a supplement along with good awareness shared so people down scale + self develop as we prioritize each community now.
we can just stop it all, so people can take a breath + calm knowing this good plan does work. + no power play by anyone. rather locals maintain so dollar does not just have to be empty paper + gold once again could back it.
no reason to go under more when we can just stop + make a plan + i hope you let ours trigger your thought as you come aboard for yourself + for your community.
if we live local then legislators know what is real to rid needs to offer, no need to put extra burden requiring petitions, as Congressman Defazio just asked for the grey wolf. or for ending keystone after many hidden negative reports. we should be much more efficient with ecological updates knowing exactly how to, + we do in many communities + will do more as we reach out, so please also share.
