Only change was to correct spelling of subsidies + added dirty fossil fuels.

For Lynn humanity has done a lot when keep respect for all life, protecting/preventing toxic results. We can build on the past ethnic values protecting all life.

We can stay open as each local `plan is best to define for one's communities.
