Hello,
It only took about 6 weeks plus to have somebody be effective and get Jennifer off the streets, as she moved in w/another!
The truck removed, couch and trash, like one bulldozed through it!
At least a few days went by before she moved back!
It has been in lower 40's F at night and w/heavy rains starting this week, I've checked on her again and trash once again abundant, and this time no tarp, blankets all on cardboard soaking wet w/pillow! I'm glad when I checked early in middle of night she was gone!
I told again a Gov Dept that was checking on me, to stop wasting time and take care of her!
How can this be resolved vs as a property owner just kicking her out!?
Sheriff Craig Zanni says issue is State Statues protecting people's rights to refuse, etc.. As we all see by this election the controversy, but if community local plans share solutions, that people offer, these restrictions can be stopped or gone around!
