Hello folks,
I’m still here editing 4.29.2010.
we’re still under construction + now detained once again with etak`s saga, with the saltysamaritans.

Their Allstate’s insurance has made us work every step of the way in a delinquent salvage job. Where steering failure started the issue + once getting etak under control from sideswiping a stationary barge in San Francisco bay, they thought all under control with little damage. Ok if not bad enough, bilge pump working + all self-contained, but thought should contact Coast Guard. 3 guys appeared + thought a tow in order. So they called the police marine patrol. All watched as they came into etak too fast + hard, took off bow + bulkhead. As it flooded, they made all get off + towed to beach.

The saga starts as Allstate, whom we find did not write policy correctly could say only sorry to many items, yet to be corrected. Meanwhile after 3 days on beach, which we not aware until later of very strong currents, producing center pod to come out, flood + be on top of submerged hull, while all proceeded to collect water. Due to no show as promised from Allstate, Jordon had Vessel asssist come. Due to Jordon’s goodness, they felt bad + agreed to take boat off beach to KKMI marina to be pulled out, even though he had no funds to pay.

That was about 4.7.2010. well it still sits hard wired at dock, KKMI don’t want to risk pulling it out. My letter saying haul (neant to say halt) too much confusion here + etak needs correct assessment to be pulled safely, considering crane driver was awaiting due to feeling at dis-ease with etak’s condition. they finally got paid for some storage.

Allstate states due to paying for 1 vessel assist, they won’t pay to the next place even though KKMI feels too much of risk to pull out due to damage. Salvage disposal quote from both marinas aprox. 10-15k.

Allstate already did a incomplete survey 4 times less than ours, which Jan is still awaiting to complete it after pulled over to Bay marina + put on hard. Which Bay don’t want to be stuck, which we cannot blame them. due to Allstate’s pattern of saying will do, yet not following thru until way later.

Bay +KKMI will work with us + assist if etak gets put on trailer, if we can get it still in some pieces, stay tuned.

Many good folks have come forth with input from vessel assist, KKMI + Bay, while employees, manipulators or simply unskilled in Allstate’s protocol, delays. Bay recieves a check, yet to cash while detail gets put in place, for complete pullout estimate, which now needs to be refigured for pull out requiring a crane.

Jordon has been preparing clearing the deck for removal. Declaration page still not in our hands as promised from Michael, which stated it mailed Certified, too long ago. still underwriter needs to correct policy to state what intent originally was. as we + Ca State Insurance Commissioner requested.. in all attempts to aid correction + address needs of etak ASAP. After I filed a complaint.

Jordon just removed a 50 pound cement buoy with 30 ` of chain wrapped around rudder, which Allstate’s surveyor failed to mention as he assessed damages from that. Which has to be returned. Along with Ashley working very hard to resolve this issue + get back to a constructive mode with out etak continuing to get more damaged, requiring more work load for restoration.

Allstate gets subgragatedfrom Police commisssioners claim filed for hitting etak. Which they say they do not interfere in this constant neglect we are receiving, having to update story in mid stream. they only await until Allstate subgregates, unable to help us..

So folks this is where we have to awaken ourselves, along with stockholders + those with interest, + hold people accountable for their acts. vs let deviation from a judicial system detain more. As in already bad complaints + book written, `in tough hands at Allstate, which supposedly Allstate fought to not have data in it released, but court overruled. This book is to be a tool for lawyers, stating how Allstate is trained to delay, etc. at the gain - per share for their stockholders.

I stated to Allstate claim person collecting data to respond to complaint filed with Ca state, that we support a `tapering transition in this project + we want to work with them to resolve after all this inconvenience, which lawyer states good case for punitive damages to be collected. Our idealogy is to make Allstate rethink, correct, + never again repeat this conduct, + review all that has been negatively affected as we are now, due to employees – what ever their reasoning is for delay + such underestimation + conduct, to us, + to many that have not had the fortitude to sustain as Allstate continued the misuse or courts drawn out.

Interested parties we want some immediate attention, for etak has been battered in it’s awaiting to simply comply to an accurate policy given from Allstate, along with us. + it is this detail we want to be compensated for as well respect to all those that have been yelled at, due to Allstate’s delays or estimates having to change.

The etak saga continues, while Ashley + Jordon have been devastated, from Allstate’s treatment, along with original owners/builder - Kara + Maurice. We have just spent 3 months priort to co_creating + merging project with the saltysamaritans in a very nice co_evolving project with icometotalkstory`s values + plans to do good exchanges, reflecting simple living skills as folks take part creating their moment. No longer awaiting dysfunctional entites to burden anyones life, rather reflect + do what works, going beyond just a `sense of community. Rather cooperatively building a local community in harmony, networking via ecosystems sharing with the many good folks that make it work.

Yes folks we go beyond credit swap for supposedly `green energy, rather we get real with what each ecosystem offers to sustain our wild, so ecologically our small farmers are supported so as to build food for building our communities with fresh natural grown offerings. Carrying forward lessons from the indigenous that we are fortunate to still work with.

We get fuel from customizing efficiency – with what ever it takes that is known to work off the grid. We support no national grid system, when so many local folks are in need to rebuild habitats to sustain our natural living. Where folks support local sustainability, seeds to save, not GMO or large corp control as in monocultures, etc.
rather with small generators: gas, diesel + biofuel, to run wind, water or solar only if technically efficient locally, depending on communiities efficiencys as we work toward lessing our footprint, respecting working within nature’s limits.

Allstate your not only contributing to further restoration of etak but also detaining the goodness from our original intent to share with folks along the coast from 1st stage, going from San Francisco to South America supporting folks in this exchange, as we link this movement.

As in now again a series of delays due to simple people’s rights disrespected. When we would be required to hire private investigators or make a civil suit out of this, just to follow thru with what was expected when insurance policy obtained. + put in hands in court, to only manipulate more in delay + a gambling settlement, which has been our experiences. Please forgive me for good folks trapped in this system of dysfunction, but it is time to make changes. Especially for those unable to stop this misuse, which is where we come together in the `next move, at icometotalkstory, where we pool our collective energy to address these humanitarian life right abuse’s in these local spots where folks cannot self-sustain from such misuse + need our support to differentiate self-misuse from those leaving negative misuse, + share resolution for both.

But 1st we ourselves have to address our `next move responsibly, to enable us to aid in that process. We use these tools to resolve from the `next move do_in postings, that will soon be published.

we deal directly with people + hold ourselves + them accountable, + will not stop until resolved responsibly. living local + networking what works so we all can become a local, global + beyond participant. Holding folks accountable locally + at the end of their focus afar.

Peace is an option now if we network + don’t leave our lives in the hands of others negatively acting, rather self-sustain, with people to people - power thru transparency, reaching for real solutions.
