we are a grassroots US non-profit as of few weeks ago, even though we have had several years of exchange. + we have solutions for peace. we have done this project, because we see you are not, yet you can.
we offer our crude rough format which gives a lot of triggering of thought to you, to use with your resources, which we do not have. if you do not contact us, my plan was to finish editing this document + release it before the US campaign. which we feel due to how even US government has been allowed to wastefully spend, leave folks left in the cracks + build nuclear weapons that we also should not have, as well all should not have any weapons of mass destruction. + a good peace negotiation should be stable + continue with transparency, allowing those with sharp sensors to resolve.

we know the international community wants to live local + share what works, local food sovereignty is what we start with where locals maintain the commons, restoring local wild biomes balancing genetic bio-diversity, which then has to migrate. so we must link our wild biomes globally to survive + co_evolve as a human species.
we must work our wild that has been wrongly set aside or controlled + we must become aware as a human species to do it sensitively in order for us to fine tune + sharpen our own ability to maintain discipline over our self-sensory observation vs. belief that leaves peoples skin behind. as our neuro processing allows this, yet when we fail to responsibly use our inner tools we end up misusing/abusing.
then to have others profit, manipulate weaponry, more control, as then terrorists are created + war mode economy thrives;
it is wrong if Israel is using the US election as a ploy, to give support to gain US weapons, then to deviate as Iran/Syria remain in conflict, while they pursue their real objective of taking water without a `plan for all to sustain.
it is wrong for UN not to invite me part time to share what ever i can as a peace intermediary to help lay out these facts when no peace takes place, yet a plan has been worked at for over 15 years as with Israel.
we can resolve with students + local communities, to stop the suffering from our human ability to perceive from afar. so those that create chaos/weapons leave perceptions on locals + then those targeted leave perceptions on locals + those afar that can perceive as many do. yet many do not know how to rid this suffering that is stored from our earths` scars. which can be done, but it takes support.
in project osic which co_evolved from the Millennium Goals WASH Grant from US Aid with Bill Gates, which we applied for, but the process was disorganized + i had yet to receive my 501.c3, they had an issue with that + they said i had no funds, which i don't. why because we had for over 30 years given voluntarily in support of our ideas out in the world + in US. Plus they never followed thru with us as some would tell us what to do, while others would tell us differently, yet not following thru. + many people cannot handle such stress in all these layers they are subjected to.
Then to see government get paid so much, with so much dysfunction, no thanks we can`t support this.
then we lost with bank crash as our stock got wiped out from another bank taking over, plus all remainging stock is tied in a law suit from corruption, plus scams, plus if i would not of saved food funding we would not of been able to eat. yet enforcement has not held any of these accountable + sure lawsuit of corruption continues after years + i've seem others continue over 14 years. job security for some!
meanwhile i continue to edit + we created a forum on Nabble, which gives a virtual tool to reach out + once we finish editing project osic i wanted to email to all the schools + representatives on this planet without schools.
so together we could use 1 good science + understand it as common sense. the pdf i`m working on gives ideas of world places of developmental destruction, land grabbing + fresh water + sea, showing people/links, as well solutions as we reflect with people that simply live within natures enhanced limits.

Or why you should change + maintain spark plugs vs allow a merchant to overcharge fees then you throw it away due to not working because spark plugs need to be changed or save your seed, build a compost vs. trash the yard collecting water for more mosquitos..+ not desire western products not conducive to your climate leaving you ill as you do not know how to maintain them.. not to mention not afford the heavy loans for all these items not conducive to theri neuro processing.
Nana a chief, an older man, had a hard time supplying his young daughter with a note book stolen at school as he was trading in shells, trying to get cash to serve a non local religious group that would demand all to pay weekly, etc. meanwhile other chief`s where selling Rambo videos + gum, as they then would throw their dead batteries from their boombox into ocean + not know why they shouldn`t, etc.
This list goes on + on.
we plan to buy a little cargo sail boat + carry a few more nuts + bolts. ex; Israel + all without, could have good desalinization, making water from sea brought in from afar, without stealing neighbors, confusing the issues as in Nuclear weapons being built or buying from one that also gains from the other side depleting them. playing both sides of the market, etc.
but not the way large developers are doing it as they stop the flow of freshwater, if so lucky to be fresh + clean, to sea which marine life is dependent on, so we must work with the indigenous `ways that work + recreate our technological mind set as we can co_evolve together building conservation services as our best tool for peace.

Bill Gates mode of living in his wealth is a delusion for our natural world where simple people just want to live. most people don`t want his footprint, nore support it.

For already we see a civil event occurring with this election in US. People that have allowed misuse/abuse have dull sensors + they are programmed from what the goverments due, so you people have to hold yourself accountable to help people heal + redirect this weaponry/wrong technology into people simply leaving natural lives in harmony as they heal.
For some already are simply saying they will fight if Barack wins + calls in UN to fight them as they will fight you back, + they feel as in the community in Texas that they have the backing of their local officials.
we have seen many corruptions from judges/lawyers/government officials/people unaware as we speak for many that no longer made it, as well those unable with virtual tools to express.
we have great virtual tools along with these tools being very destructive, so we suggest students to be guided, to use them as a good tool. + we suggest an adult choosing vs. making them comply;
rather we suggest people go eye to eye, yet use the good tools only when they can parallel, meaning no software used unless it also parallels people without computer. now we start removing all the layers of dysfunction.

i ask you Michelle + Barack are you going to continue to do this? If so you are losing votes, we want to know your offerings + your projected accounting to be taking place in this responsible position. As well how you plan to also cut expenses of the congress/senate, not to mention judges, as all should locally end the bipartisan + responsibly come back into local community into an interchangeable role that truelly knows tallies in real time needs + offerings + how to co_evolve to restore natural enhanced limits in all life. Where nature rules + become real ethics that are understood + enforced by all. Ending all weaponry accept for local hunt. as people change mindset of self-reliance within our human potential;

So as we continued to see misuse/abuse thru out, maurice showed them how to recycle their parts for a wind generator, + why not to to sell trees.. why you should not dive deep without decompressing as they came up with bends.. or why they should not buy bloated cans sold by merchants as FDA would not allow them in US or why not to buy 1 diaper then throw it into ocean or why not buy cooperatively soap + pool resources + make cloth diapers.. + change the paths of students trek to school so no creek collecting mosquitoes + plant species in ponds to eat mosquito larvae as people next to us where dieing with malaria or very ill.. Or why you should change + maintain spark plugs vs allow a merchant to overcharge fees then you throw it away due to not working because spark plugs need to be changed or save your seed, build a compost vs. trash the yard collecting water for more mosquitos..+ not desire western products not conducive to your climate leaving you ill as you do not know how to maintain them.. not to mention not afford the heavy loans for all these items not conducive to theri neuro processing.

we plan to buy a little cargo sail boat + carry a few more nuts + bolts. ex; Israel + all without, could have good desalinization, making water from sea brought in from afar, without stealing neighbors, confusing the issues as in Nuclear weapons being built or buying from one that also gains from the other side depleting them. playing both sides of the market, etc.
but not the way large developers are doing it as they stop the flow of freshwater, if so lucky to be fresh + clean, to sea which marine life is dependent on, so we must work with the indigenous `ways that work + recreate our technological mind set as we can co_evolve together building conservation services as our best tool for peace.
Where locals build small units + keep resources local + investors support that. Win win for all!

For some already are simply saying they will fight if Barack wins + calls in UN to fight them as they will fight you back, + they feel as in the community in Texas that they have the backing of their local officials.
we have seen many corruptions from judges/lawyers/government officials/people unaware as we speak for many that no longer made it, as well those unable with virtual tools to express.
we have great virtual tools along with these tools being very destructive, so we suggest students to be guided, to use them as a good tool. + we suggest an adult choosing vs. making them comply;
rather we suggest people go eye to eye, yet use the good tools only when they can parallel, meaning no software used unless it also parallels people without computer. now we start removing all the layers of dysfunction.
we start then as i suggest in Barack's fellowship program MyGov from afar, that a transparency program should be collecting all these local tallies for locals to care for + simplify + rethink. why a government as in US for ex with 47 million people that are so wasteful to continue, when local people can self sustain care for those in need + redirect the energy that they now are enslaved with, destroying them, while so much dysfunction continues in governments everywhere.
not everywhere, how about Iceland that put their bankers in jail, + gave funds back to people + hired bounty hunters to find the rest. that is democracy to some , but we offer a tapering transition that many yet to feel.
nor are many willing to comply to the best of the worst, vs. pool thought/acts for change.
i never thought i would say this, as i see the judges make deals, the lawyers, the legislators, the goverment`s + how about UN, not to mention why then should not people.
yes we are not linked + organized enough to make a difference yet, with the many good folks we will reach out to. but UN could as you lead this path as you have sensitive indigenous working with technical good science to stay within nature`s limits, yet you are incomplete + fragmented with good + bad science.
no one should have to work steadily voting on bills that congress makes deals for, etc. yet they fight over such bipartisan issues then strike deals. when a government head like Obamas spending more then the royal family, if true?? yet people are left without. Or congress getting paid so much + able to do inside trading, is unheard of as personal expenses are compensated for all in many ways that should not happen.
i ask you Michelle + Barack are you going to continue to do this? If so you are losing votes, we want to know your offerings + your projected accounting to be taking place in this responsible position. As well how you plan to also cut expenses of the congress/senate, not to mention judges, as all should locally end the bipartisan + responsibly come back into local community into an interchangeable role that truelly knows tallies in real time needs + offerings + how to co_evolve to restore natural enhanced limits in all life. Where nature rules + become real ethics that are understood + enforced by all. Ending all weaponry accept for local hunt. as people change mindset of self-reliance within our human potential;
locally mental wards turn people away, same with jails, unless a judge has a real attitude + manipulates, due to no funds, no space, etc. i've seen law cases in numbers, illegally gamble, etc.

not to mention the emotional environmental policy, with fragmented science do not allow a manged sea lion hunt that is very dangerous on docks for us as well fisher folks, so their is no sound ecological fueling force of simple understanding. nor are many people listening to those that sustain or have in past managed very well. even as here locally, only had to take out a few, yet abundant sustainable practices flourished. now with so many layers it is a waste, unable to see clear.
