                                Daily Energy Building and Balancing Helpful Habits:

            For Strengthening, Balance and Calm throughout Day and Beyond…

    to strengthen and rebuild energy and all organ systems, including your lungs and breathing… Our bodies true balanced nature has strong immunity, it is when we throw ourselves off, abuse ourselves, don’t listen to ourselves, don`t communicate fully, etc. that we lower our immunity and weaken our ability to combat sickness and disease…

              Before you begin, remember that this time will help you rebuild and once really strong will help you maintain strength… and don`t look at it as work but as little helpers and it also doesn’t take a lot of time but little bits throughout the day… even 10-20 min. at a time…

     In the morning, picture your breathing as a stiff, clogged, hose… so realize the need to first get fresh oxygen, blood, and energy circulating by gently massaging and gentle light movement to get stuff moving and unclogged and more at ease…

          …not quickly getting up, + consider understanding your resting heart rate, it can be done as easy as your fingers on your neck pulse right before you awaken. it can be a true indicator if a shapr rise that you may be coming down with a cold or working out to hard + need to back off a bit..

                   + when you awaken after checking in to get a grip.. slowly then start awakening:
                                 unclogging, breaking stuff loose, fluids pool from sleeping, opening energy fields…

          …close your eyes, breathe softly, start gradually massaging and feel the energy shifting and then move to massage areas calling out to you and where you feel is in need, sore areas, stiff areas, weak areas, etc., but gentle - do gently, not hard so not feel painful. massaging a sore point until it is no longer sore. Make sure not bruised or sore due to damage as in torn ligament, etc. if sore, hot + deep take thumb + rub clockwise to rid excess energy. if shallow sore then go counter clockwise to bring in energy.

         …In the beginning until you realize how helpful and beneficial and how good this feels, at least do head, ears, hands, and feet, and always do those three things when you massage…

         …simply feel the circulation of blood, fresh oxygen, and energy… also realize how this will bring your system to a calm and gentle state especially the more and more you do and get in balance…

         …while massaging and for a little time after now that you’ve opened things up more, do some nice gentle light breathing into belly and into chest, and into arms, hands, legs, feet moving that energy, fresh oxygen and blood to all cells in your body… fresh oxygen and circulation of all builds blood and energy. it strengthens you… You might find that some slow and gentle movement that feels right to you will help open up and ease your breathing, if have difficulty.

          …move into some slow, gentle, movement… be gentle with your body, loosen and lubricate those joints, bones, muscles, your lymph system, and all systems…

           …Now, slowly and gently turn to your side and use your arms to gently push yourself up to sitting… rest and center yourself… then get up and move gently into the bathroom…

            … Then into the kitchen, resting if need on your chair/stool with pillow, even if comfy, then relax and enjoy some nice warming Tea…

            …Then some fruit or juice etc. because light for first thing and because it gets stuff moving and moves out old stuff from the day before, toxins, and easiest to digest etc….

          … take your time and enjoy this time of wakening your body and cells and mind… (then you can get ready for day or eat first meal-best to wait a bit after fruit to eat 1/2 hr. about)

         … then when feel ready gently do what you need to dress and get ready for the day…take it slow and gentle, always take breaks when breathing gets labored and break often…

           … Now during awake period get powerhouse of nutrients throughout the day, without having all in one meal… that’s why it is important to have a little bit of protein, etc. throughout meals… Best to have energy gentle and calm throughout day and especially during food preparation and eating and rest after eating for proper digestion.  It is not good to eat when tired or clogged, giddy or worried, over-stimulated, agitated or negative or pushing or overworking. When low let others cook + do chores.

           … (creativity is important and we know you love your interests, but don’t forget to stay gentle, take breaks for rest and movement, etc. often and don’t overdue just to get it done for others if not good for you) etc.

           …  Closed arteries, etc. and energy not circulating, you want to open, unclog and get moving, circulating first before eating and other activity.  Open, unclog and bring yourself to calm and flow with gentle breathing, massage, light movement and stretching, etc. before you eat or else the nutrients will not be properly digested and absorbed/utilized by body, which means wasted and energy depletion.

           … Also, for more energy and more complete utilization and absorption of nutrients, best to have lower resistance and easeful digestion, etc. by eating small high-quality meals more often throughout the day vs. one or two large meals that are hard to digest, that take great energy from organs to digest.

            … missing out on complete absorption of nutrients, and decreased energy = tired, low. warn because depleted energy and energy stores/reserves for continued long-term stamina are low. it puts strain and stress on organ systems. saps vital energy needed for simple daily chores of cells to eat and poop and to combat your conscious choices. as well when you don’t listen to own instincts. the sickness and disease you get will be from your choices.  

          …missing out is done by bad choice and lack of preparation of food and scheduling. so as to prioritize good quiet calm time reflecting with self and good physical activity after body is free (gentle move, massage, breathe calmly) of blockages and loose and warmed up and then walk or choose joys with nature.

          … again adjust with signs, a quiet walk (vs. talking and looking into others) for your maintenance is mandatory. so your muscles become agile and strong and they will work better when you don’t move. or at night do_in maintenance work on body to rebuild and repair. by you quietly absorbing energy from scenic or nature, your body gets a flow going from exchange with other life forms.

             … THIS IS TIME FOR SELF REFLECTION AND CLARITY IN FEELING the deepest and softest little inkling made into word. The shapeless energy COMES OUT AND THEN THIS IS YOU to build with, edit with. THE STEP TO BUILDING YOUR CHARACTER, THE ONE THAT IS FRAGMENTED NOW, if is.. EDIT IT AND WORK WITH ALL YOUR calm JOY AND RID WHAT HAS DULLED OR over stimulated. creating too much chemistry out of balance, too much to this organ and or not enough to this organ. as well OTHER LIFE CRITTERS that you didn’t even see while being caught up in own confusion. SO WHEN YOU SEE A BUG, SAY HELLO AND THANKYOU FOR WORKING TO MAKE OUR LIFE NICE AND SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL

            … NOW YOU ARE CLEAR TO PRIORITIZE YOU. meaning go within your feelings + sort them out so you are not just reacting, but choosing a you that is clear + self-satisfying without leaving a footprint.

CONSERVE YOUR ENERGY AND NOW YOU will NOT TAKE ON OTHERS BAGGAGE. yet have respect + compassion for another as an equal also working on this the same. AND SIMPLY SHARE FEELINGS calmly and if they don’t respect you to be calm and or don’t see how confused then back off and tell them calmly why you are. ex; this is uncomfortable but never just change subject. it’s your destroyer and you can develop good clear communication) but do realize some folks spend more time trying to assist you to be independent. whereas other folks think they are and gain by codependence, or funding etc. and perhaps not mean to but trapped them self in a excessive needy position. or just to wrapped up with own baggage and can’t feel your needs such as simple good free independence along with natures offerings, good air quality, farmers organic markets  and creating  with joys, (go beyond therapy and truly respect time and how fast it goes.)

             … now when with people, WITHOUT TAPPING INTO your energy RESERVE AND OR INTERFERING IN THERE ABILITY TO FUNCTION ON OWN AND SELF DEVELOP, which will make them happier then any gift we can give.

           …you can schedule a walk for people joys, mingling observing, etc. but this is after chore of making exercise a joy for going into self. feeling aches and weak parts and going into each and nurturing or backing off or cradling surrounding with beautiful sun light and colors of need frequencies to decongest, realign, get chemistry back in order. so body can work at their simple functions such as keeping body and mind with sharp instincts so NO missing out.
            not paying attention to body and mind  cues = feelings, signs and adjusting ASAP with very first or early signs to body. (mind is master regulator of all sensors and spits out what is  going on (JUST LIKE LIGHT SENSOR IN CAR, ETC.) and is very clear. if over stressed, then you get mixed signals. (that’s the time to ask for support to reflect with and share these mixed feelings and if do early then easier to unload baggage from misinformation or misunderstanding.  it could be a behavior or habit you did all your life and thought it was normal  because of family doing it as a survival daily chore. or a chemical imbalance due to that which muttles the senses and prevents you from unloading your and others baggage so you don’t build up pressure and blow, but rather define own limits and stay within them.

           …working together meaning follow thru when one interacts vs. feel uncomfortable and not say at first sign. this can help you get clear and prevent layers from being left unnoticed within our self. I ‘m sure by taking time with this you will pick out and prioritize what best and when and can always call if need further input. You as well any human muttled comes alive when understanding and in control of self freely.

           …but to prevent from getting overstressed ALWAYS LISTEN TO BODY SIGNS, FEELINGS, ITCHES, energy, ETC. AND MORE YOU TUNE IN AND ARE QUIET AND GENTLE WITH ALL, YOU FEEL ENERGY BLOCKED AND CAN ADDRESS IT RIGHT AWAY BY GENTLE MOVE, MASSAGE AND THEN FOCUS ON BREATH and then you don’t obstruct, block, congest or overload.

            …disease and (confusion or stinking thinking, or mental chatter, best not to think alone if sensors dulled. talk to loved ones, define if skilled needed, if can’t resolve + obtain harmony. or you burn out with own imbalance, so stop and center) are caused from over or underproduction of too much or too little hormone production by the endocrine glands.

            … This way the mind will not get dulled and your sensors sharpen like any good tool working 100% and you maintain that and then your instincts will be the greatest tool of all for you only. All others input is to be reviewed and then let bodies sensors decide best how to use and when, etc. or give feedback to those that loved enough to give and state you don’t understand (be clear so we all know each others wordings so we don’t continue or hurt with out being aware of it) and or doesn’t feel comfortable or thanks, it was something I wasn’t aware of and works with practice.
           
           Simple adjusting body and sitting position with feet on pillow and butt and up with timer makes a big difference, and never holding pea, poop or if hungry eat with good thought and body prepared for it. once eat alive food, sea weed with minerals – you then reflect with awakened state compared to dull. so flow with own schedule and stay within boundaries as we help you define them.
         

            Body contains many different hollow organs and tubes that carry nutrients and waste products, when a blood vessel is obstructed, then the tissue it serves dies. Many things (stones, blood clots, tumors, or foreign bodies) can obstruct a hollow organ, SUBSTANCES THAT FLOW THRU THE ORGAN SLOW OR STOP, CAUSING THE ORGAN TO BULGE BEHIND THE POINT OF OBSTRUCTION. CRAMPING PAIN ALMOST ALWAYS OCCURS AS A RESULT OF THE BULGING OR DISTENSION because the muscle in the wall of the distended organ tries to overcome the obstruction by contracting (this is where if do regular in time strengthening of complete body, then muscles and ligaments and tissues will speak to you clearly if you quietly listen, TO PREVENT ALL THIS) INFECTION OFTEN FOLLOWS OBSTRUCTION AND PERSISTS FOR A LONG TIME. or like with a need for a joint replacement = severe pain.

             … NOW WE CAN BE BETTER PREPARED FOR FEELING OUR DAMAGED AREAS FROM MISUSE AND CORRECTLY GIVE THEM PRIORITZED ATTENTION AS WELL ALLOW OTHERS CLOSE TO SUPPORT TO, AS WELL ZOOM INTO BIRTH DEFECTS AND OR ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES THAT CAN HELP AND HURT AND BUILD A NICE CLEAN SPACE, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE YOUR BODY AND STAY AWAY FROM THOSE UNAWARE IF THEY DRAIN TO MUCH AND CAN’T SUPPORT SIMPLE EXCHANGE OF DAILY CHORES INTO JOY AND EXPLORATION SHARING WITH HARMONY OF ALL SPECIES AND RACES OF PEOPLE SHARING THERE UNIQUE CULTURES STEMMED FROM BEING BOON WITH NATURES MANY ECOSYSTEMS, DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS, EXPLORE ONES NEVER BEEN TO, EX: DESSERT WHEN PLANTS IN FULL BLOOM, FALL COLORS, SPRING FRESH GREENS AND PICK IF CLEAN AND NON POLLUTING AND KNOW WHAT PICKING.

             … it is very easy to be thrown off or influenced to ride on another’s wave, but don’t allow it, have one you can calmly communicate to reflect with (not one that just supports your bad repetition of habit or not skilled for you to see bigger picture) but one that helps you to reality check now, FOR YOU TO GO WITHIN SELF NOW and admit what signals you are getting, right or wrong now. If don’t allow self - reflection, you will continually repeat mishaps. in micro seconds once you listen to self and acknowledge (can only do this after calming self so mindbody functions produce reality check and now clear, redirect now thought and energy into good harmonizing energy.

               … then schedule good ending of baggage responsibly, recycle etc. so as not to repeat. Be true to yourself and look in mirror (one time a day and go on, not excessive or compulsive) but make you natural, simple, comfortable in flesh and thought and cloth..

 all humans are beautiful when do_in the best they can and listen to loved ones to trigger what can do more and share, now we are talking non aggressive good conflict resolution, creative energy shared and a happier being when all work together prioritizing suffering to prevent + to self develop independence.

             …then a couple of times a day prevent getting tired by resting, calming, take a break and do_in some light gentle massage and light movement to open up and rejuvenate (even 5-10 min.)… and make sure you have a little nap (Make nice sign for the door “I’m nappin, see you soon…”)so then will have more energy for afternoon walk, time in pool, nice sunset at the beach, or outing to listen to music, etc.…  

               …Walk, Exercise class on days it’s happening, Pool (esp. hot days) pool= not swimming but gentle movement; activity in afternoon or sunset go to ocean with umbrella and cooler with nice drinks and feet in water, etc. meet some nice fishing folks etc.  (Beach day just relax, don’t have to walk etc. because lots of energy just to get there.)


              …Meal two best in afternoon after nap, massage and walk…

          …Before going to sleep at night… Get ready for bed then get into bed, relax and get comfortable and do some gentle, light breathing, massage, and movement, stretching to calm and unwind for the night, and to get energy, blood, and fresh oxygen flowing so that you have energy for organs to do their nightly digesting, repair, and maintenance work while you sleep and so you sleep soundly….

             …so no eating right before bed, no heavy night meals, etc.  Try a nice hot bath with pillow and with feet out of water, even if a couple of times/week to relax, soothe, and calm, then follow with gentle soothing massage, breathing, movement in bed.

            Now relaxed state—this is what it takes to rejuvenate and prevent overload so morning isn’t tough and labored and for outings, for sitting and enjoying the sunset, the colors, the breeze etc., for enjoying the energy of nice music, dancing, and of enjoying with others…

for healing and centering, it is each responsibility to be in control only of able self. not to mention negative words, ideals, doing for interfere in other`s ability to do for self. as energy molecules cling and codependency`s build long before feeling and putting into words. to be able to rid and view early cues, so as not to be over powered.


enjoy reflecting within yourself to what emerges as you reflect with other thought. for this is what you do have control over, especially if address early sighns. explore + do what is comfortable for you + all the good work you have built over time. let this trigger fuel to want to rid that baggage deep within.
